Naviora Surf collects no data. None at all. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no account, and the app makes no network connections of any kind.
This policy applies to the iOS app Naviora Surf, published by Haso Studios. In this document, "the app" means that app and "we" means the developer.
We collect nothing. To be specific:
The app contains no third-party SDKs — no advertising network, no analytics provider, no attribution or measurement partner, no social login. Nothing in the app sends information anywhere, so there is nothing to share and no one to share it with.
Your game progress is saved locally using Apple's standard
UserDefaults storage. It stays on your device, is never
transmitted, and is not readable by us or anyone else.

Deleting the app removes all of it permanently. Because none of it leaves the device, it does not transfer to a new phone.
The app does not connect to the internet. It works fully offline, including in airplane mode. It requests no network permission and opens no connections.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children under 13. There is no advertising, no chat, no user-generated content, no external links and no way to contact other players. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing that could be collected from a child.
The app is free and contains no in-app purchases. Boats and oceans are earned by playing. We never see or handle payment information of any kind.
Rights such as access, correction, deletion and portability under the GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws all concern data a company holds about you. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing to request, export or erase. If you want your local game progress removed, delete the app.
Apple may give us anonymous, aggregated App Store statistics such as download and territory counts. That is collected and controlled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, not by this app, and it never identifies an individual person.
If a future version of the app ever collects anything, this page will be updated before that version is released, the change will be described here, and the effective date at the top will change.
